Welcome to Slingshot Rentals of San Antonio. By reserving and/or operating a vehicle through our rental services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read carefully.
1. Eligibility & Driver Requirements
• Renters must be at least 25 years old.
• A valid driver’s license is required (motorcycle endorsement NOT required for Polaris Slingshots in Texas).
• All drivers must provide proof of auto insurance prior to rental.
• Each driver must sign a waiver and rental agreement before vehicle pick-up.
2. Rental Periods & Rates
• Rentals are available hourly, daily, and weekend packages.
• Late returns may result in additional charges.
• No refunds for early returns.
3. Vehicle Use & Restrictions
• Vehicles may not be used for racing, off-roading, towing, or illegal activity.
• Drivers must obey all traffic laws and wear seat belts at all times.
• Absolutely no smoking or alcohol use inside the vehicle.
• Slingshots must remain within the state of Texas, unless otherwise authorized in writing.
4. Security Deposit & Damages
• A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental.
• Renters are responsible for any damages, accidents, tickets, or violations during the rental period.
• A full inspection will be conducted before and after each rental.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
• 24-hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental may incur a fee.
• No-shows will not receive a refund.
6. Weather Policy
• In the event of severe weather, rentals may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
• Refunds are not guaranteed due to weather unless unsafe driving conditions are confirmed.
7. Safety & Liability
• Renters assume full responsibility for their safety and the safety of passengers.
• Slingshot Rentals of San Antonio is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the rental period.
• A mandatory safety briefing will be conducted before all rentals.
8. Photo & Media Release
By renting from us, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during your rental experience for promotional purposes, unless requested otherwise in writing.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on our website and will apply to all future bookings.
